Valve Automation
Eastern Power Tech offers quarter turn valve and globe style control valve assemblies. Valve assemblies are built to order based on your specific needs. All assemblies built are calibrated and bench tested by our experienced technicians prior to shipping. Eastern Power Tech takes pride in skillfully building and properly packaging your assembled products to ensure safe delivery.
Custom Kitting
Eastern Power Tech considers quality to be of the utmost importance, that’s why we take the process from quoting each part of a custom kit to packaging each product with particular attention to detail. Every specification is given the utmost due diligence and our experienced associates handle each kit with care and precision. All material will be tagged by type and packaged inside a crate made to the necessary dimensions. Inside each custom made crate, we use bean bags to prevent moisture from damaging your products and secure all the material for safe shipping ensuring your kit gets to you in pristine condition in a timely manner when and where you need it. Shipping globally? We cater to international standards as well. So no matter where your kit is going, you can’t rest assured that each part is up to the standards of the destination.
Fabrication
Eastern Power Tech can cut tubing and does instrumentation fabrication work. Also, through a partnership with our affiliate, Eastern Industrial Supplies, Inc, Eastern Power Tech has the ability to straight cut or miter cut pipe up to 16″ diameter. We can thread carbon, galvanized, and stainless pipe up to 4″. We can roll groove 2″-16″ in carbon, galvanized, or stainless and 2″-6″ copper pipe. In addition, these services can be used for special order nipples and fittings. Eastern Power Tech also provides pipe coating and wrapping for gas service.
